Here we have genuine, natural sisal.
Firmer feeling to touch, it is one of the most durable natural fibres.
This higher quality of sisal does not shed fibres and wears extremely well.
Cleaning is also one of the easiest of natural fibres due to the flaxy texture.
The colour will start out slightly brassy and will soften with light exposure to a more soft, mellow colour over time.
Due to the handmade nature of these items, each item may be slightly different shading, size and shape, and each will have it’s own ‘flaws’ – different stitching, runs through the length of fibres for example.
