IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

We endeavour to process all orders as soon as possible.
Most orders are dispatched within 3 working days, however you should allow for up to 7 working days before contacting the courier about your order as depending on your location, the time of season and other factors, this can affect delivery times.

If the courier tries to unsuccessfully deliver your item, the courier will notify you of this and you can directly contact the courier by following the instructions provided.

On your original purchase receipt you will find all your order details.
In your My Account page you have access to live updated details about your order, including tracking for your item direct from the courier company (where available).

We cannot control delivery times, and you will need to ensure you give clear instructions for the courier as we hold no responsibility for items left on premises unattended, and also importantly- you should inspect the package thoroughly before accepting your delivery that the item is intact and not damaged in any way- once you sign receipt of your goods, you are signing acceptance of the goods into your hands in the state that you receive them and all responsibility leaves the courier company.
Once the items have left our premises they have passed into the customer’s ownership.
For any queries on delivery, we provide the tracking number for you once shipped (where available) and you should contact the courier company directly as they will want to arrange re-delivery times and obtain other details directly from you.

IMPORTANT:
If you notice damage to the item you should refuse delivery and the item will be returned to us and a claim will be started.
Then notify us and also the courier company immediately.
When you sign and accept for an item, it is passed from the courier responsibility to yours, so be sure to check the item prior to accepting delivery.

If you notice a manufacturing fault in the product, contact us immediately.

RURAL deliveries may sometimes be delivered to your nearest courier depot only- it will be your responsibility to collect your items from the depot.
Items over 1.5 metres in width can not be carried by couriers and will require truck carriers which require extra time and arrangements.
For items delivered by truck carriers, these may need to be delivered to a local business in your nearest town.
