There are no two items the same and each have unique characteristics showing wear, age and specific techniques that are reminiscent of the original era these materials come from.
Our manufacturer tells us the original kelims are from the 1960’s and 1970’s from Turkey and Iran.

All hand-made items have varied characteristics and are not faults but are natural features of the product.
All furnishings including rugs are subject to colour fade and may change over time when exposed to UV light.
All natural fibres exhibit some amount of shedding, however due to the high standard of wool used in all our product, this is at an absolute minimum.
